Hmm..

It's not bad.. But it's not good.

The sound is so sharp.. Try to warm it, and compress the tone of the main instrument (Something a friend taught me)

Ok, but this was actually created by a trial version of the midi-maker. I don't have the right software to do dat. However please review my other songs and in those reviews, tell me the correct softwares to use.

IMO, It's not that well. A bit too many over lapping main beats. Something I like though, but not something I'd listen to like I do the original^^;

It happens, its not possible to omit to everyone's taste. Some people enjoy the more mixed beat...other such as yourself would prefer the original. Hell, there are many songs I won't even touch because I believe the original is much better than what I can do.
